My mouth started watering, seriously! The smell of smoked bacon........ nothing smells that good.

 

Beautiful sides. Dry curing or brine curing?

Darn your killing me It looks great and I really need to do a bunch like that. Looking forward to the rest of this one for sure. What cure did you use and what if any seasonings? Very good price too
