I'm got a question for everyone here. My friend and I are looking to make some funky crazy sausages and I want your help. We literally just got our sausage stuffer and now we are hooked.
So here it is. If there was 1 main dish you could chop up and put it into a sausage casing, what would it be? Next Sunday we are doing a Pho inspired sausage and a Chilaquiles sausage. What would be yours?
