My wife and some friends (including me) are fans of beef ribs. I have done some st Louis cut ribs with success. Do I do them the same way, or is there a special way I should go about it? I would assume it would take more time due to size, but is there more to it?

Hello , Cardiowatt. Welcome to the neighborhood .

Looks like some grand Ribs , nice and meaty. Don't see heavy ones like here in Ohio much (unless you spend a fortune on them ) , so I opt for the Pig.

Have fun and . . .
