Beef short ribs

Thread Starter

Beef short ribs dry rubbed overnight.  Cut up some vidalia onions and are now smoking at 230 with a can of Smith and Forge's Hard

Cider.  Wish me luck, suggestions are welcome.

I love to watch those new to the craft take what they learn and fly with it...this is great!!!

Well done...keep up the good work...er, fun!!! I know you will!!!
