new years brisket

Started a 10lb brisket today at 5pm. This is my first cut from Sam's Club. Definitely a lot more trimming needed due to the fat being so thick. Using grill mates brown sugar bourbon rub with an apple cider vinegar/bourbon spray. Cooking at 240. I have a pic but the upload from my device isn't working. I'll snap a live one on my next spray.

Going to rest for an hour in the cooler with dbl foil. Great bark for an electric smoker.
