It's a great recipe that you can change up pretty easily. I really like the buffalo chicken though.

Smoked meat, eggs,hot sauce,onion...mixed and baked....that can only be incredibly yummy. Great idea. Will def. Try.

I just made these with smoked sausage (dry).

I just want to respectfully question the 425F-25/30min. 15min in I saw the tops well cooked so I lowered the temp to 350 and took it out after 20min.

The muffins came out nice, a bit too dry but figuring out the exact cooking time will fix that.

Kids loved them. Great idea, thanks for sharing.

Just giving this a bump since the holidays are upon us. Simple easy to make breakfast dish for the masses! Remember any type of protein or veggies can be used so mix it up!

Thanks! These are tasty, no matter what protein you use. We're going to make these for breakfast tomorrow. Going to use Fassett's breakfast sausage for the protein this time around.
