I just joined the forum..........
I am a complete novice to smoking. I do however know how to grill and BBQ very well. I bought a less expensive Char Broil charcoal smoker and I already have made several mods to it.
(New thermometer, green egg felt around doors, new charcoal pan, etc). I am seasoning my smoker as we speak.
Going to break my cherry tomorrow with a pork shoulder. Any tips, suggestions, general advice is welcome.
