Hello and greetings from Indiana! I'm very excited to find this website and look forward to learning as much as I can about smoking meat. I received a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker with the digital controls for Christmas and have been learning how to use it this summer.
So far I have smoked a turkey, pork loin, boston butts, pork spare ribs, a deer tenderloin, and some wings. Some have been good, nothing so far has been fabulous except the wings. Still learning what my tastes are and how each type of meat behaves in the smoker.
Look forward to trying some more pulled pork this weekend!
