Memphis style spare ribs

Here's my first shot at some dry ribs. Rubbed down with bone sucking rub and sprinkled with light brown sugar. Gonna mop with equal parts apple juice and apple cider vinegar. 1Tbs yellow mustard and 1Tbs of rub. Every 45 mins. One small piece of cherry every time I mop. Got the camp fire going and the sweet corn soaking in water. Gonna throw em in the coals to cook them. Can't wait my mouths already watering.

I agree, please post pictures as you go. I have never tried dry ribs and I am looking forward to your result!

Here's two hours in. You notice the little piece on the bottom left disappeared. Haha
