New Smoker here, my name is Andrew and I'm from RI. Stumbled across the forums all to frequently when trying to figure out where to dive into smoking, so I figured I may as well join.
I ended up purchasing an ECB and ended up doing some of the simple modifications and my first smoke went relatively well, produced a pretty good product (3# pork loin that I just dry rubbed and pulled). This weeks plan is to do a couple of pork tenderloins.
