New member to the forum here, but a long time reader. Thanks for all the great info that this place provides.

Im in NC, just down the road from Lexington, so I'm generally of the Lexington style persuasion, but I don't discriminate. Good q is good q.

Heres a few pictures from a smoke earlier this week. Started out to just be just a brisket to pay off a work ncaa tournament bet. Ended up with brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs and chicken thighs. Brisket and pork went to work, ribs for home and thighs for my grandparents.

All cooked on a Masterbuilt Extra Wide propane smoker with hickory and a bit of apple.
