Hi there I'm Rob from Louisville. Just picked up a Red-Smoke electric smoker at a local online auction for a steal. Always jealous of friends that had smokers and finally was able to afford one. I got this one in used but good shape and tried 2 whole chickens for dinner tonite.Mesquite chips and directions downloaded off the old smoky website. Not bad for a first go round. I will be experimenting with different things in the coming months with help from these forums. Hope to get involved in lots of different flavors and meats. May try ribs later next week!
