Hello everyone once again. I thought I would smoke some wing today last night went to the local Walmart and got two packages of wings then injected them one hot and one teriyaki. I found a a good wing recipe in the Masterbuilt forums

 I thought that I would give it a shot. I am going to post some pics before the smoke and after. All of the members in these forums are so full of great info and I am proud to be apart of the community. YOU GUYS ROCK

Been outside working around the house today and lost track of time. I put them on at 4:30 temp 275F going to try 2hrs, and it just turned beer 30 here. This some more pics I cant wait for these tonight my crisp them up in the oven for a few minutes.

I don't think I ever had a better wing these are assume, Corn on the Cob,Cole slaw, and red potato salad. I just cant think that there is a better way to end the day with a BBQ cold beer and family.
