I was so surprised how it turned out. I really thought I'd make it too tough or rare. It turned out perfectly following Jeff's tip of pulling it off the smoker at 130 degrees and foil wrapped it to rest. I also made an Au Jus with the pan drippings and the juices from the foil.
 
All plated up with smoked shrooms and zucchini. Also my moms baked Mac n Cheese recipe I made. This meal made my wife a happy woman. Thanks forum members for all your helpful tips!
 
Thank you everyone. Shannon is Happy Happy Happy! She was laughing at me cause I had on an American flag bandana like Willy's, it wasn't planned I swear. It was to hot today here in Va for a hat especially around a hot smoker. Thanks again.
