Hi I've been getting the news letters from Smoking-Meat.com for quite awhile now. I've been smoking meat for years. A few years ago I bought a smoker from Walmart to replace a little chief that was possibly 40 years old. The little chief was still working, I just wanted to go to a gas system.

I've been smoking lots of different meats. Halibut, salmon, ribs and chicken. I'm sure there is a lot for me to learn about being more successful, although, most of my smoking experiences have been successful.

I posted in general a question about building a smoker/bbq. I bought a home that has a space in the chimney, outside, where there use to be a bbq. I want to build a smoker/bbq in that area and I'm looking for help. If you have any ideas, please look up my post in the general area and respond.

Thank you.

Allen
