Hello Everyone,

i am a new smoker and really excited to learn some tricks. I just bought a Masterbuilt 30 inch electric smoker. I will be using for the first time Sunday when I make a brisket. I would definitely appreciate any tips/advice.

thanks

Hope you like it here, very brave to choose a Brisket . I wish you a good Smoke of it...

Here is a little suggestion to start off with... practice "Patience" in your Smoking. Having a dependable thermometer will be a great help . You'll thank me later.
