Hey everyone. I've been surfing on this site for a few days now and decided that needed to join in on the conversations. There is some awesome info in here. I live in NW Ohio and just got a new smoker, a Masterbuilt Gas Smokehouse. I can't wait to get going using the thing and I got some awesome ideas from some recipes and people, on here. I think I am going to start with a pork picnic or shoulder. I plan on using the finishing sauce by soflaque... Reviews were awesome for that. And I will of course post some q-views!
