Hi I got a my first smoker a month ago I'm from southern Alberta Canada I'm only using it for the second time today with a whole chicken. The first time was ribs they cooked perfect. I have a master built propane smoker extra wide model, and have a lot to learn.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I'm a heavy duty mechanic, I work on highway trucks and I live in Calgary Alberta. That should answer some of your questions.
