Hi Everyone my name is Myron and I live in Aurora Colorado.

I am retired Air Force and I work for the public schools as a heating and Air service tech.

I have always enjoyed Bar-b-queing but nothing to complicated yet.

Now for Christmas I got a Masterbuilt 40" Digital electric smoker. And so far so good. I've done whole chickens, cornish gamehens and 3 briskets.

Except for the cornish gamehens(I cooked them too long) this smoker is making me look good.

About 50 minutes ago I took 2 briskets out and they are resting.

My first cooking request for a returning soldier from Afganistan.

I am winging it right now because my plan is cut them into serving size and put them in a dish and heat them up tomorrow for his party.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Myron
