Hi everyone my name is Chris I live 50mi north west of Pittsburgh, PA. I'm 23 and learning how to BBQ/ Smoke is my New Year's resolution...That is after I build a smoker!! And that is where I need help. I'm looking at making a Big Baby Smoker (BBS) using 2 55gal drum/ barrel.... The reason why I'm thinking about making a BBS is cost, ease of building, and due to the large fire box, I should be able to use it year round eaiser, right? But I'm still open to any smoker design.... I plan on smoking ribs, boston butt, baby back ribs, chicken, salmon, cheese, sausage, bacon, and briskets, turkey etc.... Thanks for any advice
