I'm coming back into the smoking arena after being without a smoker for a few years. From Lower Alabama and going to start off with a new Cajun injector electric. Depends on how that goes I may rebuild a smokehouse on a slab that got destroyed in 2004 by Hurricane Ivan. My grandfather built that smokehouse and wood fired smoked many chickens turkey and hams in it. A saying he always used which I chose as my username is after trying a sample of finished meat would be " Umm , that's too good for girls! "
Lots of new recipes and items I never thought about smoking. Looking forward to picking up some new ideas and sharing some of mine.
