well i will tell you what. i went on the instructions from here and man oh man not nothing like what the pictures and such say it is. like a 1lb roll in a gallon size bag. man it flattened out so thin it was barely able to handle without breaking to pieces especially when the sausage is at room temperature. but i continued on of course was not going to give up since i had all the stuff to make them. oh and the bacon weave. I know now not to get your regular every day 2/$6 thick slice hickory smoked bacon and that a high dollar very thick slice bacon is what you need because every day bacon pulling it from the pack it says thick but is thin as paper. thus making any effert at a bacon weave that would make a preacher cuss. anyways here are the pics of it which i should say it turned out to be bacon explosion bombs but all in all it for sure was not wasted and it was very tasty with soft scrambled eggs, biscuits n gravy. made mexican style Fatties with refried beans spread on the flattened out sausage first then added pepperjack cheese then bell peppers n onions then some hot rotel and some enchilada sauce then shredded mexican style cheese blend man this was a stuffed hoss and even though it broke apart it had the best taste with the refried beans and pepperjack cheese. the second one i didn't add pepperjack and went light on the filling the second one in hopes it would stay together better which it did..

the one on the left is with the pepperjack and the one on the right is with just shredded mexican blend below.

Thank You SmokinHusker. yeah i think that amount would make a big difference in the amount you stuff and the rolling process
