Since it's just the wife and I and no kids were coming over we decided to smoke a half a rack of ribs. Half a rack is just right for the 2 of us. The 1st photo is after we put the rub on the ribs. The rub is a mixture of Famous Dave's Pork Rub, garlic powder, black pepper, seasoned salt, and paprika.

Next photo I have the Master Built smoker fired up and giving off TBS. Almost up to 225 degrees.

Next photo is after about 3 hours at 225 degrees.
