This is my first time smoking some wings. They have been going for just over an hour at 300 degrees. I'm excited to finally see what they taste like when they are done. I'm trying to figure out if I'll need to finish them on the grill or if they will be fine. I'm guessing I'll find that out once I take them out of the smoker..

We marinated them all night in the mojo and jerk recipes in Jeff's book

. The glazing is a personal choice , they would be good right outta the Smoker, if you use the Mojo and Jerk marinades , be sure the (glazing liquid) has not had raw Chicken in it ,for safety.

Have a happy and safe Holiday ; remember, we are dry in most areas , so watch those Pyro Displays and...

I actually didn't keep any glaze to use. We're eating them right off of the smoker. They came out great!!
