So I double smoked a spiral ham last Sunday and it came out GREAT!!!!!
Wonderful smoke flavor!!! Injected the night before with pineapple and cherry juice, basted with the same a couple of times during smoke. Smoked with Hickory. I'm having ALOT of trouble keeping a constant temp with the Master Forge...wide temp swings. But the ham turned out fine anyway.
