Smoking Ham

I was in a store  the other day a guy was telling me about a way to

smoke a ham with Dion Mustard & Ginger Snaps does anybody no

the recipe it sounds good -----------I'm thinking of smoking a sliced ham  in a

couple of weeks-------------Ken

Are the Dijon Mustard and Ginger Snaps used as the crust? If so, I googled the web and found several recipes using these ingredients

This was the 1st recipe I thought of...You could substitute Dijon...JJ
