I live in Kentucky and have a Smoke Hollow 30" Electric Smoker. Just sorta stumbled into this sight.

Hope to learn a few things.

BTW--you better get your camera out and brush up on your close-up photography skills.

This group is brutal if you don't have photos of your latest smoke.
