lou, morning.... I can only suggest you make your own rubs and marinades from non-gluten products.... It is probably a tough descision to make on what fillers come in "spices" on the rack... If you have spices that your wife has no reaction to, I would start with those.... If you have a
dehydrator, you can dry celery, onions, garlic, peppers, etc and grind your own to insure the "gluten free" integrity for home use....
I know the makers of condiments are aware of your wifes condition and daily they are making products for her to eat....
If you find a solution, pass the information on in this forum... I'm sure others would appreciate the info being passed on....
