Used a kit for the first 10 pounds and snuck in jalepeno & cheddar, then last 5 pounds with Gersus' recipe he posted a week ago. Thanks Gersus!!!
Can't wait to build a smokehouse this summer.. but for now I had to ghetto rig my weber.
