looks real good, only suggestion i would make is to slice the meat a little thinner if you felt it was a little tough

Hi Dennis - you mean in the drip pan?  I add the leftover marinade from the meat into the drip pan.  Then instead of topping it off with water, I brew a couple pots of coffee (minus a big cup for me!) and use that.
