Seen this recipe just this weekend and liked it.
Doing a AMZNPS/Meadow Creek cold smoked eggs.
I use a steamer for my eggs.
Getting the pickling brine heated up.
Getting the AMZNPS ready to light and into the MC.
Eggs cooled and peeled ready for smoke.
Close the top and let em smoke.
