great looking chicken, nice color on the Yoshida one. Will have to try the Valentinas Black Label recipe, have seen it in the store but pass it by in favor of Franks.

The Valentinas has a more well rounded flavor than Franks, but it isn't unplesent to eat at all. I think it has the perfect amount of heat - enough to make your nose run a tad, but not enough to make you want to stop eating it.... lol.

I’ve always gone for the Tabasco. My son swears by Franks. I may need to give Valentinas a try
