6.5lb butt wrapped up since last night.

Apple wood slices for a little experiment to see how they'd burn.  They burn up fast.

Pulled (fell apart) after 8 hours smoking, Started the smoke at 7am, smoked until 3pm, rested in the cooler until 6pm.
