The little Ms's wanted spaghetti and meatballs for dinner.
So i thought........Hmm it's meat, So it's goin in the smoker!
1lb ground chuck (80/20)
1lb Jimmy Dean (sage)
1 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
2 T italian seasoning
½ oz soy sauce
½ oz moore's
Then made them into little balls,
And smoked them with RO lump, and Pecan (ofcourse)
Oh Yeah, The sauce was basic tomato sauce with carmelized onions,garlic, and mushrooms(shiitake)
