Howdy all!  New to the forum so I thought I would say Hi.

I have tried smoking on my 16 yr old Brinkman Smokin-n-Pit but found it quite frustrating. It leaks way too much!  I usually either use it as a grill or simply convection cooking, which the wife loves, but I want to do more smoking so I am looking at getting a real smoker!  I am between the Master Forge 2 door model at Lowes or the Masterbulit XL.  Any thoughts on either?  I have read a lot of reviews on both and just trying to make the final decision..

Love all the info here and from a newbe, it is really appreciated.

Thanks,

Danny

Also for those of you new to smoking,  Get a good Probe Thermometer as we smoke by Temperature NOT TIME.

A good choice for a remote dual probe thermometer is the Maverick ET-732
