Had company staying a couple of weeks ago, decided to smoke some ribs, just getting around to post.
All seasoned up ready for the re-frig overnight.
Got the AMNS ready to go with cherry and maple.
Out of the cooler next morning waiting for MES to heat up. Those cuts in the lower corner are for the cook, no one here even knows
they are here.
