I have smoked a few times. Still learning. Planning on smoking a bunch this Fri. I have a propane vertical smoker. Live in Middle Tn. Have friends come over Fri night and family coming over Sat.I am planning on smoking a boneless turkey breast and few Cornish hens and a pork loin, some country ribs and few chicken breast. Any suggestions and advice welcomed. Hope it all turns out good. Planning on putting rub on outside and injecting Apple juice and butter. Thanks for any advice
