I had three pork loin roasts to smoke today and finally decided to do a rub on all. My Three rubs: Brown sugar bourbon, jerk, and sriracha! Never even tried the sriracha one because the other two flavors were so good! Sent the rest of the other two flavors home with a friend so he could have sandwiches! I'll try the sriracha one tomorrow and if it's not too hot, I'll share some with my Mom! I am smoked out for the day, but they sure were good! I did have a little trouble regulating the heat, but they were still awesome ;) My friend can't wait to do it all over again!
