Q Time with Qview

Fired up the Joe for the first time in a long time. Did some beef ribs, two chickens, a chuck roast and a boston butt.

Great variety of smoked goodness for your first time ina long time firing up the smoker.
Meat all looks great, what did the critics think of everything?

man, that is some beautiful chow! I am sure your critic's loved it all, and a fine lookin pair of kids too~ congratulations. It is great to get the kids involved in smoking and grilling at a young age, done that with mine for a while now.

Thanks. You do what you have to! Where I used to live, the Joe would dig furrows in the concrete I rolled it on. The duct tape was temporary till I got some pneumatic wheels for it. I still consider it temporary

The critics, as well as the one not pictured, loved it.

Well joe thats some fine looking smoke there. I'm glad the critics loved it to man that smoke ring on that chuck roast was awesome.you should maybe not take so long to smoke again if thats the food you put out.
