Pepper stout beef

    Didn't have time to marinate so I rubbed it before I trough it in the smoker!

    Ok, so while it was in the oven, I went to see transformers. I came back, it was done. My pregnant wife was nausiated by the smell (smelled great to me.) I pulled out real quick and put it back in the pan with the stout juices and veggies. Put that in the fridge. I should have packed it up then. I took it out today to pack in freezer bags. The fat hardened on top. I transfered it to a bowl trying to leave the fat behind. Here is a pic of it cold.
    I'll post a pic up when I reheat.
