Over the past few years I've browsed SMF several times and finally decided to join. I look forward to being a part of the community! I live in north central CT and have a Char-Griller Trio that I've done a few modifications too. Looking to build my own smoker, possibly this summer, because I just don't have enough space for parties etc. with my current setup. I've been smoking for a few years now to varying degrees of success: beer can chickens, pulled pork, ribs, brisket, moinks, sausage, etc. I've even smoked some kalamata olives.
