New-to-Q from MA

Hello all.

I joined the site last spring when the bug bit.

I built a Maxi-WSM, picked up a Weber Kettle for general use and just got my Pit Barrel Cooker last week. My Summit gasser is lonely and unloved!!

Loving the knowledge base and helpful folks who regularly contribute. I have joined used and participated in scores of forum sites on a wide variety of topics over the years, but what I can't get over is how friendly everybody is here, none of the usual issues and attitude. Just helpful folks! Thanks for that!!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
