Hi all, I'm from Maine and have minimal smoking experience. I plan on opening a butcher shop and will be smoking bacon, ham, sausage, etc. Already I can tell that this forum will be a great source of information. Currently I do not have a smoker for my business, but am in the market. My space is limited and it must be indoors. Also, LP is the fuel I'll be using. I'd love if anyone has recommendations for me regarding what smoker to go with. I have been looking at the Town Smokehouse SM-24, but haven't been able to find much info or reviews about it. As I said, any info or advice would be much appreciated.
