Well, since I took vacation for the NFL Draft, I decided to make it extra special w/ a smoke. Got a 9# pork butt in the smoker that was supposed to have been smoked 2 weeks ago, but that smoke was cancelled due to thunderstorms. So, it was vacum sealed, froze all rubbed up, then thawed out. When I took it out this morning, it smelled amazing. It got a fresh coat of rub then into the smoker w/ pecan wood. Here's a couple qview shots to hold you guys over.
