We've found a bean recipe we love to smoke: http://www.bbqu.net/recipes/305_2.html We like to smoke this for 2 hours, then finish in a 350 oven to reduce the liquid. It completely fills a standard 9x13x2 cake pan. I started using an aluminum pan after the foil pan I was using collapsed and I spilled some of the beans. Not the foil pan's fault, but the rigid pan keeps that from happening. We purchased a 14x10x4 lasagna pan. I'd have to beat the sides in a bit on the 14" axis to get the pan to fit. My other choice is to let Karol make lasagna. Which makes me wonder if anyone's smoked lasagna, but that's not the point of this thread. This pan does come in a 3" depth, but based on the 14x10, I would have to bend the end flanges on the 13" dimension. Could be done ... Does anyone know of a pan 9x13x3 pan that fits in an MES-30?
