    Nice...looking forward to the outcome!

    FWIW...make your own Italian seasoning...... freshly toasted then ground fennel and coriander cant be beat!

    Dert Great Job I love the flavors from Mitchlitch also. They are just about 2hrs from me I stop in there all the time.
