Steve's Sweet and Spicy Rub.

2 TBS Paprika
5 TBS Brown sugar
1 TBS Chili powder
1 TBS Kosher salt
1 TBS Black Pepper
1 TBS Granulated garlic
1 TBS Granulated onion
1 TSP Ground cumin
Makes a 3/4 cup. Triple for a Quart Jar full.
Very similar to Smoke House brand Sweet and Spicy BBQ rub.
This is very sweet and the spice is very mild, good for those that do not like spicy BBQ.

This looks good and is very similar to one I used yesterday but I had the sugar and paprika in reverse quantities cause I like em spicy
