I did my first fatty on my L BGE: 2.5 lbs 88/12 ground beef sun dried tomatoes in oil minced garlic feta cheese dried basil Bacon weave (bacon wasn't large enough to cover the whole thing!) Rolled that sucker up (it was huge!) and chilled it for an hour or so. Smoked it on some apple wood for about 3 hours at 250-260. It was superb! Can't wait to make some more. Sorry I didn't get an action shot of the fatty once it was done.
