Always thinking of something to do. Picked up some angus chuck, cheddar cheese, onions...placed inside the chuck, formed balls and wrapped in bacon....

Looks great! I'd add some crumbled up fried bacon inside too plus try using coarse ground chuck (for chili meat) for extra texture. Coarse ground won't form into balls as well but the bacon wrap would hold it together nicely! You'd get a heartier bang for your bite with it.

Mix a little breakfast sausage in next time and call it a Faburger (fattie burger)

  18. Looks fantastic, Silly question but how would you re-heat any leftovers, if you make to many?

Cut some slices and nuke for about a minute...just fine....That's what I did with them...

  20. Thank You. That's how I reheat my ABT's, as far as fatties I slice and throw them in the pan with either the homefries or eggs,. It's all good, and ends up in the same place.
