Have been away from here for a few years. Lived in central FL for years and was able to smoke and cook outdoors all year around. I now live in Pittsburgh and just got smoker out of storage since moving into a house and out of an apartment, so I have room for all my outdoor cooking toys. Looking forward to getting back into the swing of cooking as much as I can.

Thanks everyone, Ribs were a challenge today. It went from 50, sunny and light wind to 40 windy rain and dropped my pit temp to 100 degrees. It took some moving the pit and adding fuel to get my temp back up to 225+, everything turned out fine. Not cooking in FL anymore! HAHAHA...

Thanks again for the welcome from everyone.
